'Rajasthani Rasoi' - a Rajasthani themed lunch was organised, prepared and served to 80 guests in the Training Restaurant, by the 3rd Semester B.Sc (Hons) Hospitality Management students of NIHS, on 16th September 2023.
The curated menu showcased specialties of Rajasthan such as Daal Bari Churma, Laal Maans, Bajre ki Khichdi, Banjara Kukkad, Rajasthani Khadi and Tarbuze ki Sabji. Guests were entertained with Rajasthani songs and dances performed by the students. Specially prepared mocktails were served too. A learning experience for the students became a special and enjoyable experience for the guests.
