and a drive to succeed. Nitte Institute of Hospitality Services is offering the BSc (Honors) in
Culinary Arts & Management. This program will help students gain the knowledge and skills

- Restaurant Manager: Manages restaurant for owner, schedules employees, works with the chef to promote quality food service that is professional and timely.
- Catering Director: Promotes and organises banquets and catered events.
- Food Writer: Producing cookbooks, recipes, blogs and other content for either their own venture or major clients & companies.
- Food Styling: Presenting food in aesthetically appealing ways, food stylists can often find opportunities freelancing for major publications and media houses.
