Multidisciplinary Research Lab in Cybersecurity and IoT (Subex Lab) Centre for Innovation in Cybersecurity and IoT (Subex Lab) was established in the year 2018. Facilities made available in SUBEX Laboratory has enabled the students, research scholars and faculty members to engage in many projects which have resulted in satisfactory outcomes.
The lab features a Subex Honeypot Server, tailored for conducting diverse malware analysis projects. The setup facilitates a range of machine learning and deep learning endeavours.
The Research and Development (R&D) lab of Computer Science and Engineering department serves as a dynamic hub for innovation and exploration. Equipped with state-of-the-art technologies and resources, this lab fosters a collaborative environment where faculty members, research scholars, and students converge to push the boundaries of knowledge in computer science and engineering. The lab's primary purpose is to conduct cutting-edge research in various domains such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science etc. It serves as a platform for developing novel algorithms, designing innovative systems, and exploring emerging technologies. Additionally, the R&D lab plays a crucial role in facilitating interdisciplinary collaborations, both within the department and with external partners, to address complex challenges and create impactful solutions. Through its activities, the lab not only advances the frontiers of CSE but also contributes to the broader scientific community and industry, driving innovation and societal progress.
