"Advances in Renewable Energy & Electric Vehicles" (AREEV-2027), a Two-day International Conference will be held on 30 and 31 July 2027. The Conference dedicates to driving innovation in every aspect of Electrical and Electronics Engineering by facilitating a platform for researchers, professionals, executives and practicing engineers from various research & educational institutes and industries to exchange their ideas on the Conference theme. A series of keynote presentations, technical papers, and poster presentations are planned to discuss emerging trends & feasible solutions to shape and enable the development of mankind.
Established under the aegis of the Nitte Education Trust, founded in 1979 by the visionary statesman Late Justice K. S. Hegde, former Judge of the Supreme Court of India and Speaker of the Lok Sabha, Nitte (Deemed to be University) has evolved into one of India's leading multidisciplinary institutions. The Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering, established in 1987, offers an undergraduate program i.e B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with an intake of 120. The Department has well-qualified, passionate, dedicated faculty members and has a well-connected alumni network. With the state-of-the art Laboratory in Power Electronics, Control Systems, Power Systems, Computers, High Voltage & Relay, which caters to the needs of all the Electrical & Electronics Engineering students. With an excellent rapport and MoU with industries, the Department organizes seminars, conferences, and workshops on a regular basis to cope up with the recent trends in the technological field.
Advances in Renewable Energy and Electric Vehicles pave a pathway and pose challenges in developing efficient and reliable power electronics solutions for the operation of power systems. Objective of the conference is to provide a platform for people working in Electrical & Electronics and interdisciplinary research to share their expertise and knowledge on technical innovations.

AREEV-2027 follows a "double-blind" review process. Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conference / journal at the same time (double submission). Please refer to the IEEE Policy on Plagiarism and the IEEE Policy on double submission for details. Authors of accepted papers are required to complete and sign the IEEE Copyright Form and present their work at the conference.
Accepted & presented papers will be submitted for possible publication in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library — the manuscript must strictly adhere to the standard IEEE two-column format and must not exceed 6 pages.

At least one author of every accepted paper must pay the author registration fee and present the paper. IEEE / IEEE Student rates require a valid IEEE membership card; students must produce an institute ID.
Only authors from India may pay in Indian Rupees. Registration must be completed before uploading the camera-ready paper and e-copyright form by the final dates.

AREEV-2027 follows a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure the quality and originality of submitted research. At least one author of each accepted paper must complete the conference registration and present the paper during the conference. Only papers that are presented and comply with all conference and publication requirements will be considered for inclusion in the IEEE conference proceedings.
