Two-day workshop on Portraiture and Fashion Photography

A two-day Workshop on Portraiture and Fashion Photography was conducted by popular fashion photographer Pritham D'souza, on 18th & 19th January 2024 at Nitte Institute of Communication. The workshop was held for the postgraduate students.

While Day-1 was about the way lighting is used in studio shots, Day 2 was about outdoor photography in natural light. Students got to see the pictures clicked by him with a detailed explanation of the lights and props used.

Two student-models from the Institute featured in the shoot. The clothes and accessories required for the shoot were discussed and readied.

Day-2 saw students putting to use what they had learnt the previous day. Each student was assigned a model with whom they shot both inside the studio and outside.
