Dr. NSAM First Grade College Observes Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan to Promote a Drug-Free Society

The International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking was observed worldwide on 26.06.2026. In India, the nationwide campaign “Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan – Viksit Bharat Ki Pehchaan” was emphasised to reinforce the country’s commitment to building a healthy, responsible, and drug free society.
To support this initiative, Dr. NSAM First Grade College observed the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan on 29.06.2026. The event aimed to make students aware of the harmful effects of drug abuse and to encourage them to live healthy and responsible lives. It began with students and faculty members taking the Nasha Mukt Bharat Pledge, promising to stay away from drugs and to work towards building a drug free community. The initiative stands as a reminder that collective action and conscious choices are essential in shaping a society free from the grip of addiction.
