Workshop on NG Tube Insertion and Wound Healing

The NG Tube Insertion and Wound Healing Workshop organized by Incīsiō, the Undergraduate General Surgery Club of KSHEMA was conducted on 26th February 2026 at the Surgery Seminar Hall, Academic Block, Justice K S Hegde Charitable Hospital.

The session, led by Dr. Srinivasan Ravi combined Virtual Reality (VR) simulation, expert teaching and hands-on practice to provide a structured and interactive learning experience. Participants were trained in the procedure of nasogastric tube insertion through VR demonstration and supervised mannequin-based practice, along with a focused session on wound healing and management.
