A five-year program, the curriculum focuses on design studios, building technology, structural systems, and polishing students' skills in design thinking, technical drawing and 3D modeling. The Core Curriculum includes architectural design, history, understanding building materials, structural mechanics, and environmental systems.

The BArch program is approved by the Council of Architecture (CoA) and the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
Pass in Class 12 with not less than 50% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics and also 50% marks in aggregate in Class 12 examination, with English as one of the languages of study. The candidate should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission (OR) Pass in 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject, with not less than 50% marks in aggregate.
Besides this, candidates are required to qualify in the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by CoA.
