An insightful Faculty Development Program on "Integrating Curriculum and Pedagogy: Enhancing Teaching and Learning Strategies for Holistic Education" was hosted by the Alumni Relations Cell as part of Criteria 2 of NAAC institutional activity at Nitte Institute of Physiotherapy on July 12, 2024. The speaker was Dr. Ajith Soman, a distinguished 2009 PhD batch alumnus who is currently working as Assistant Professor at the Department of Physiotherapy, College of Applied Medical Sciences, Shaqra University, Saudi Arabia.

Dr. Dhanesh Kumar K U, Principal, NIPT welcomed the gathering. Mr. Rakesh Krishna Kovela, Associate Professor & Coordinator, Alumni Relations Cell introduced the speaker. Dr. Ajith covered a variety of topics during the discussion, including SLOs, CO and PO mapping matrix, NQF standards, teaching and learning strategies and assessment formats used at Shaqra University.
