Promoting a Ragging-Free Campus at NCOPS

Nitte college of pharmaceutical sciences, organized an Anti-Ragging Campaign Awareness Programme on 12th and 13th August 2025 to promote a safe learning environment. As part of this initiative, two competitions were conducted to encourage student participation: an Essay Writing Competition on the theme “Ragging and Its Impact on Mental Health: A Silent Crisis” and a Reels Competition on the theme “From Fear to Freedom: A Campus Without Ragging.” Students from B.Pharm and M.Pharm showcased their talent and commitment through impactful essays and creative reels. The essays were assessed for originality, clarity, and language proficiency, while reels were evaluated based on creativity, relevance, and message delivery. The event saw enthusiastic participation, reflecting students’ awareness and responsibility in creating a ragging-free campus. Selected entries will be used for future campaigns, and winners were felicitated.
