The Placement cell of Nitte College of Pharmaceutical Sciences organized a dynamic Personal Branding & Networking Workshop on June 10, 2025, empowering 4th and 6th semester B Pharm students to take charge of their professional image early in their careers. The event aimed to prepare students for successful careers in the pharmaceutical industry through engaging sessions on self-assessment, resume building, mock interviews, soft skills, and industry trends. Led by Mr. Prashanth from EMPSIS Solutions Global, the sessions offered deep insights into sector expectations, effective communication strategies, and career planning tools. The workshop focused on building strong LinkedIn profiles, identifying personal strengths, and crafting impactful elevator pitches. Students explored the power of networking, both online and offline with practical tips on connecting with mentors, alumni, and professionals. Through interactive sessions and peer feedback, participants honed their personal value propositions and learned how to present themselves confidently in professional circles. The event reflects NCOPS’s commitment to holistic career development preparing students not just with knowledge, but with the confidence and clarity to stand out in a competitive job market.
