Inter-batch Badminton Tournament

The Department of Physical Education, A B Shetty Memorial Institute of Dental Sciences, successfully organized an Inter-batch Badminton Tournament on 4th & 5th February 2026 at the B C Alva Indoor Sports Complex, Deralakatte. Chief Guest, Dr. Gopinath Thilak P S, Professor, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery emphasized the importance of sports in promoting physical fitness, mental well-being and the holistic development of students. Students from all batches of ABSMIDS actively participated in the tournament. The competition was conducted on a league basis, fostering team spirit, healthy competition and camaraderie among the students.
