The Department of Child Health Nursing, Nitte Usha Institute of Nursing Sciences, celebrated Children's Day at Netaji Subash Chandra Bose Government High School, Deralakatte on 18th November 2023 under the direction of Prof. Sujatha R, Head, Dept. of Child Health Nursing.

Faculty members Dr. Sharlet Simple Dsouza & Ms. Jeevitha Alva, along with MSc and PBBSc Nursing students raised awareness on `Prevention of High-risk behaviours among adolescents`, using lectures and videos. About 150 students attended this session. Stationery items and sweets were distributed to students.
