Guest talk on "Women's Health: Facts about Fat"

The Women's Cell and Youth Red Cross Wing of Nitte Usha Institute of Nursing Sciences organized a Guest talk on "Women's Health: Facts about Fat" on 8th March 2022 at the NUINS Learning Centre. Dr. Nalini M, Women's Cell In-charge welcomed the gathering. Dr. Arun Thejaus KP, BNYS, MD (Yoga), (PhD), Asst. Professor & In-charge of Nitte Centre for Integrative Medicine & Research (N-CIMR) was the Guest Speaker for the program. He emphasized the significance of healthy fat in women and its role. He also explained how to plan a healthy meal as age advances.

Mrs. Latha, YRC Coordinator and Head, Dept. of Medical-Surgical Nursing proposed the vote of thanks. Ms. Ashwini, IT Assistant NUINS compered the program.
