International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking

The Department of Mental Health Nursing, NUINS, observed the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking on 4th July 2025. The event featured a convincing role play by second-year GNM students on “Consumption of Drugs and its Disadvantages,” highlighting the harmful effects of drug abuse. Mr. Sukesh, HoD delivered an insightful address emphasizing the health risks and societal consequences of drug use. The program was graced by dignitaries from Sayyed Madani High School, NUINS faculty and PG students. The event was coordinated by Ms. Suviksha R Bhandary, Asst. Lecturer, NUINS.
