IQAC Seminar on ‘Quality Enhancement in Higher Educational Institutions - Transformational Role of NEP’

The IQAC at NUINS organized a seminar on "Quality Enhancement in Higher Educational Institutions - Transformational Role of NEP" on February 18th February 2025 at the NUINS Learning Centre, Paneer.

Dr. Sandeep S Shenoy, Director of Compliance & IQAC Coordinator, MAHE Manipal was the resource person. He discussed key topics such as global competitiveness, employability, research output and social impact, focusing on initiatives like the Academic Bank of Credits, multiple entry/exit options, interdisciplinary education, holistic learning and Indian Knowledge System IKS.

The event began with a welcome address by Prof. Sabitha Nayak, Vice Principal & IQAC Coordinator of NUINS and opening remarks by Prof. (Dr) Fatima Dsilva, Principal, NUINS. A total of 32 participants engaged actively in a Q&A session and discussion.

The vote of thanks was delivered by Dr. Neetha Kamath, HoD, Community Health Nursing. The event was compered by Mrs. Ashwini, Asst. Lecturer, NUINS.
