Orientation Program for the batch of 2026-27

Nitte Usha Institute of Nursing Sciences (NUINS) organised an Orientation Program for 247 students of I Semester BSc Nursing, Post Basic BSc Nursing and MSc Nursing on 3rd August 2026 at KS Hegde Auditorium. The program introduced students to the University's academic environment, policies, rules, regulations and student welfare facilities.

Prof. (Dr.) M. S. Moodithaya, Vice Chancellor, Nitte (Deemed to be University), addressed the gathering and inspired the students to begin their academic journey with enthusiasm and an open mind. Col. B. S. Ghivari (Retd.), Asst. Director (Student Affairs), interacted with parents and highlighted the student welfare facilities.

The program was compered by Ms. Meghashree and concluded with the vote of thanks by Prof. (Dr) Sabita Nayak, Vice Principal, NUINS.
