Teachers’ Day Celebration 2025

The Teachers’ Day Celebration 2025 at NUINS, organized by the Student Nurses Association (SNA) on 5th September 2025 was a memorable occasion filled with gratitude and joy. Prof. (Dr.) Jacintha Veigas was felicitated for receiving the Best Distinguished Teacher Award 2024-25. The celebration featured vibrant cultural performances, fun-filled games, a lively fashion show and heartfelt reflections shared by faculty members.

As part of the festivities, the NUINS Smash 2.0 Badminton Tournament was held at BC Alva Indoor Stadium. In the Women’s Doubles, Ms. Sheryl & Ms. Hemalatha secured the winners’ title, while Ms. Keerthimala & Ms. Jincy finished as runners-up. In Men’s Doubles, Mr. Sukesh & Mr. Basavaraj emerged as winners and Mr. Chetan & Mr. Veeresh as runners-up.

The celebration blended appreciation, entertainment and sportsmanship, making Teachers’ Day 2025 a truly special and unforgettable event.
