Nitte School of Fashion Technology & Interior Design (NSFTID) conducted its Orientation Day for the undergraduate batch of 2026 on July 20, 2026, marking the beginning of an inspiring academic journey in design.
The programme was graced by Dr. Vishal Singh, Associate Professor, Department of Design & Manufacturing, Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru, as the Chief Guest. He addressed the newly inducted students and shared valuable insights that encouraged them to explore creativity, embrace innovation and approach design with curiosity.
The orientation programme provided students with an introduction to their new academic environment while setting the tone for a journey filled with creativity, innovation, learning and opportunities across fashion, interior and design disciplines.
The event marked a meaningful beginning for the incoming batch as they took their first steps towards shaping their ideas, discovering their creative potential and building their future in design.
