Anti-Ragging Awareness Week

The Nitte Institute of Speech and Hearing observed Anti-Ragging Week from 12th to 20th August 2025. As part of the program, various student competitions like slogan writing, reel-making, logo design and e-poster creation were organized at the institute.

Dr. Darshan H S., Asst. Professor, NISH delivered an awareness talk on Anti-Ragging at Chintana Hall, Justice K S Hegde Charitable Hospital on 20th August 2025. He addressed issues related to ragging and provided valuable insights to help students understand their responsibilities in fostering a safe & inclusive campus environment. Prizes for the competitions were distributed by Ms. Shwetha, Principal and Mr. Dhananjay Rachana, Assistant Professor. The program witnessed the active participation of around 145 individuals, including undergraduate & postgraduate students as well as faculty members.
