Smart Research with AI: From Idea to Title

The Institutional Research Cell (IRC) of NIPT organized a scientific session titled “Smart Research with AI: From Idea to Title” on 1st September 2025 at the Patanjali Yoga Hall. The program aimed to familiarize postgraduate students and faculty with the applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in research planning and title development.

Mr. Nityal Kumar introduced the theme of the session, followed by a welcome address from Prof. (Dr.) Dhanesh Kumar K U, Principal. The resource person, Dr. Waqar M Naqvi, CEO of AD Vivum Education & Research is a distinguished academician and researcher with notable contributions to physiotherapy and health professions education. He highlighted how AI is reshaping scientific writing and demonstrated practical strategies for leveraging AI tools to refine research ideas, frame structured questions (PICO/PEO) and generate impactful research titles.

The session was highly interactive, with participants actively engaging in discussions on plagiarism, AI transparency in academic writing and ensuring alignment with journal scope.

The event concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Prof. (Dr.) Purusotham Chippala, Coordinator-PG Studies.
