37th Annual Athletic Meet of NMAMIT

The 37th Annual Athletic Meet of NMAM Institute of Technology, Nitte was organized by the Dept of Physical Education & Sports, NMAMIT on 14th March 2023 at B.C. Alva Sports Complex Athletics Ground, Nitte.

Mr.Gunapal J, Police Sub-Inspector, MESCOM Vigilance Police Station, Mangaluru inaugurated the Sports Meet. In his inaugural address, Mr. Gunapal explained the role of sports activities in cultivating discipline, concentration and maintaining physical & mental health of any individual.

Dr. I Ramesh Mithanthaya, Vice Principal & Dean (Academics), NMAMIT in his presidential remarks, motivated the students to participate in most of the sports competitions. Dr.Ganesh Poojary, Physical Education Director, NMAMIT welcomed the gathering. Mr.Shyamsundar M, Sports Administrator delivered the vote of thanks. Dr. Roshan Fernandes, Assoc. Professor, CSE was the master of the ceremony.
