NMIT Faculty Honored at IEEE Computer Society Student Branch Inauguration

NMIT is Proud to announce that Dr. Archana Mathur, Professor in the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science and Treasurer of IEEE Computer Society Bangalore Chapter, was invited as the Chief Guest for the inauguration of the IEEE Computer Society Student Branch Chapter at Siddaganga Institute of Technology, Tumakuru, on 11th October 2025.The event, which coincided with IEEE Day celebrations, witnessed Dr. Mathur performing the ceremonial curtain raiser, marking the official launch of the Student Branch Chapter. The program was presided over by Dr. Sunitha, Head of CSE Department, along with Dr. Sumalatha, Faculty Advisor, and enthusiastic student members. This recognition shows NMIT's commitment to fostering excellence in technology education and strengthening collaborative academic networks across Karnataka.
